​   Tavares Pharmacy is a privately owned and operated Pharmacy, in Tavares Florida. Here, at Tavares Pharmacy, we take the time to know our patients well so that we can make meaningful connections. Patient care is our top priority, and we want each patient to feel like family. Our goal is to ensure exceptional care, by providing services beyond the standard in retail Pharmacy amongst our competitors. We provide free services, such as our MOT (Medications on Time) program, free delivery and prescription pickup. We aim to achieve a level of patient care that creates a positive impression and promotes good health in our patients, as well as throughout our community
